The shipping cost is too expensive other shops use to ofer the shipping costs Response brickshop.nl: You selected the DHL Express option which is expensive, but very fast! Our normal shipping costs are even cheaper than the costs in your country!

I've paid for the next day delivery and I've received the item 3 days later. I've asked the customer support for a refund of the extra cost I've paid for the delivery but I haven't received an answer. Very bad Response brickshop.nl: Perhaps you did not like our answer, but we sure did reply. Great to hear you receive the item so fast in this strange world with COVID and just ordered two days before Christmas!

The order didn´t arrive in time. The delivery company said that no one was at home to receive the package. I'm home office, and looking at the time of the supose deliver is disical impossible to make in 39min. I pay the express deliver. I call the company at day 23 because I was tracking the all time the diliver and they said that it was going to be deliver day 24, And I'm still Waiting. The christmas presents didn´t Arrive. Response brickshop.nl: We understand your frustation, but please keep in mind it is Christmas and we still have do deal with the whole COVID situation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Recommended. Well packed, but one package slightly damaged. The brick set was not compromised. Delivery delayed due to covid-19.
I don’t like that I had to pay a tax for paying with card. This is the only place i had to do it.
Shipped on time even with all the problems Covid 19 has caused with postal services, packed tightly and securely and came in perfect condition!
