The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
Fast and reliable, and although I chose no hurry processing, I was still able to get the order relatively early.
International dealings always takes a little longer than domestic ones, but everything went well and I got my product with no complications at all !
Great Lego sets, arrived OK, but there was a huge delay with order processing and delivery, due to Covid i assume.
