De vakantie van je leven in het Grand Hotel in Heartlake City! Laat de taxi tot stilstand komen voor het hotel zodat Andrea, Stephanie en Olivia hun bagage aan Nate de piccolo kunnen geven, die klaar staat met de bagage-trolley. De meiden komen via de draaideur binnen in de prachtig hotellobby met de schitterende kroonluchter. Aan de balie krijgen ze hun kamersleutels van Susan, de tante van Andrea. De leuke kat komt ook even gedag zeggen. Met de lift komen we naar de eerste verdieping waar de kamers zijn.
